Caregiving in the US 2025 provides the most comprehensive national portrait of family caregiving today, drawing on the voices and experiences of millions of Americans. By grounding advocacy in evidence, this report equips policymakers with the insights they need to design policies that truly support caregivers and strengthen the systems of care on which we rely.
